strike without warning.
What don’t people talk about anymore?
it’s not necessarily a question of what they don’t discuss,
but why they don’t discuss
If my time is up, what is down?
merely a direction,
an indicator of a similar mood,
a place we’ve come from
or are going to
If I were on television, would people watch?
there is more to happiness than a
kaleidoscopic box of hypnosis
Is that what non-conformists ask?
only a non-conformist would ask a question like that
to a question like the one before it
it’s a routine you can’t avoid
Where is the irony?
there is none
that’s why it is ironic
