Worst. Idea. Ever.

Description: I have always enjoyed pictures that are total accidents - ones where I was taking a picture of something unrelated and the "subject" of the photo accidentally wandered into shot. One sort of example of that can be found here. Similarly, I enjoy pictures where the exact opposite of what happened comes through. At my good friend Jay and Kristy's wedding, there were many many pictures taken, so certainly you're going to get your fair share of 'bad' photos. When I got my film developed (this was in the days of film, mind you), I saw this picture, which really looked as if they both simultaneously realized that they were making single biggest mistake of their lives. The one that followed it? Jay with all the brides maids, smiling as big as I've ever seen him. I enjoy accidental irony. But the moment captured here, clearly not their best, is what I clearly enjoy most. I'm happy to say that after six years of marriage, they are still as happy as this picture isn't.
